Adding a fiat-ramp for the IDLE governance token

Thanks @NashBizdev for the info you provided and the definitely interesting initiative you’re proposing to our community.

We, as Idle Labs, are in favor of this initiative as long as it encourages stability of the platform, long-term holding/involvement with the protocol and governance, and foster a higher grade of decentralization for the governance system.

With that being said, I would need to reiterate Idle Labs policy limitations, specifically in this paragraph:

In particular, this is a list of activities that the Idle Labs team will refrain from taking part in the near term (subject to certain exceptions):

• Directly participate in the Idle Protocol governance on-chain voting process;
• Market or promote $IDLE as an investment opportunity;
• Take steps to make or prevent $IDLE from becoming available on an exchange, whether centralized or decentralized;
• Submit on-chain governance proposals, other than any policy that further promotes or incentivizes the decentralized nature of the Idle Protocol;

We would then advise having @Salome or @emixprime following closely this kind of initiative.
